8fps Nikon D300 without vertical grip??

Really??
Wow.. someone just found the "cheat"..
Ha.. ha.. ha..
Got it from DPreview..
Here what this "DSLR hacker" wrote how to make it..

I recommend to check these posts, it was not a 1 of April joke. It works. You just need to set E5 and E6 to flash only, don't pop up the flash, set the exposure to "M" and the release mode to "S" (single shot), activate bracketing and set it to 9F. Then you hold the bracketing button (normally mapped to the function button) down and at the same time the release button. The 9 shots (all with the same exposure you have manually selected) are fired at 8 frames per second instead of the normal 6 fps. After the 9 shots you have to release and press again the shutter button to get additional 9 shots.

Without this settings (also in "P" mode) you can get also continuous 8 frames per second if you are able to press the shutter release 8 times per second.

Dammit.. I'm still using D70..
Ha.. ha.. ha..
But some pro give advise, don't use it always..
Maybe got some side effect or whatever minor or big problem when you use this "cheat"..
Not that time but soon..
Who knows right~~
:)
Have Fun~~
